"Thoughts on Safety" cards

These are small (three-inch) cards on hardstock paper. Not sure of the backstory on these.

On an olfactory note, I can confirm that they still smell of coffee and cigarettes.

A note from my dad states that the last name of the man in the first card is Thompson. Not sure of the first name - yet!

Notice the typeface and North American Rockwell logo on this one are different - I wonder if they're from separate sets?
